Happy Fall, Ya’ll! Yesterday we made it out to Joe Huber’s Family Farm & Restaurant to pick some pumpkins, eat some delicious Southern Food & enjoy the beautiful weather.
Balancing work, motherhood & marriage has been wearing me down. It’s officially Fall here, the best season, & I’ve been trying to steal every moment for rest! Sundays are usually our down days to ourselves. Today was the perfect day for some back porch relaxing & playing.
This past June marked a year of us living in Louisville. That is the longest we’ve lived anywhere in the last three years! As time has past, I’ve grown to love our city & all the great things it has to offer. One of the things that God has placed on my heart this past year, especially after years of constant moving, is loving where you are.
When you have good friends in town, you get to act like a tourist! Which is exactly what we did on Sunday! We finally made our way to the Muhammad Ali Center & it was such a beautiful experience. I was so happy to learn more about the man they call “The Greatest”.
Life has been crazy & so busy! With summer in full swing, we’ve had so much going on. Take a glance into our first month of summer vacation!
I have been a mother for two years today.
It seems so surreal that time has flown by so fast yet it also feels like a lifetime ago.
Two years ago I gave birth to Eliora Grace on Justin’s birthday.
Two years ago was one of the greatest days of my life.
Eliora is pretty obsessed with Disney movies, just like me! One of her favorite is “Nemo” and the fishes! So this past weekend we had a family day at the Newport Aquarium in Northern Kentucky.
